Chicken Tikka Ingredients: 6 chicken legs 1/2 cup curd (yoghurt) 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp mace powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp tsp cardamom powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp gram flour 5 tbsp vegetable oil salt to taste Method: Clean,remove skin and debone chicken.cut each leg into 4 pieces. Whisk yoghurt in a large bowl,add the remaining ingredients,and mix well .Rub the chicken pieces with this mixture,and keep aside for 3 hour. Skewer the marinated tikka,an inch apart. roast in a moderate hot tandoor or barbecue,or in a preheated oven to 350 degrees.roast the tikka for 8-10 minutes,basting 2-3 times. Cant See Links
